  • Stop going to bed without washing your face. Who hasn’t done this after a late night? Removing all make-up and the grime that has collected on your skin throughout the day is essential for beautiful skin.

Here is what you can do to promote healthy skin from the inside out and reduce damage caused by environmental pollutants, the sun and stress:

  • Eat whole foods. Cut out all the junk food and eat a sensible well balanced diet.
  • Stay hydrated, drink plenty of water.
  • Take antioxidants (vitamins) orally.
  • Clean and moisturize your skin with gentle products that contain anti-oxidants.
